Please write the time that you would like to start the dancing. The Miss Behaviour agent will arrive 15 - 20 minutes earlier to set up. Remember to allow time for your guests to relax, have a drink, be lost or 'fashionably late'.

If you use an online e-mail service (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) you will need to the booking request form and return it as an e-mail attachment to info@missbehaviour.co.za or fax to 0865610911

To Confirm your Booking:
- Please wait for Miss Behaviour to confirm availability before making any payment.
- Once Miss Behaviour has confirmed availability for your party, your deposit (R500) must be paid by EFT or bank deposit at least 7 days before the party. Please note: Your party is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. Parties are booked on a first paid basis.
- The balance of the fee (R1000) and any applicable travel fee must be paid to your Miss Behaviour agent in cash at the party.

Terms and Conditions:
- Please measure the ceiling height accurately, do not estimate. Miss Behaviour will not be held responsible for parties cancelled because of incorrect ceiling height measurements.
- The instructor must be able to start teaching within 30 minutes of the booked time. If she is not able to do so, she is entitled to teach a modified lesson to make up time. Payment in full will still be due.
- The instructor reserves the right to leave a party if she is made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe by the behaviour of any guests.
